The development of the Ubiquitous network has been very rapid in recent years. Research on ubiquitous network optimization continues to do due to limited ubiquitous device resources. This research develops a road condition monitoring system on Ubiquitous Network with a communication model of Publish-Subscribe. The Publish Subscribed Communication Model developed is Adaptive to changes in data received in monitoring road conditions. Test results in this research get the level of efficiency of Ubiquitous device resources with an average of 43,35%. © 2018 IEEE.
