Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify students difficulties in terms of students' higher-order thinking on the subject of work and energy. The research subjects are 31 students who have taken the subject of work and energy. Instrument measurement of higher order thinking skills in the form of 10 essay test questions. Analysis of test result data is done by analyzing the answer to each item questions to see the students' higher order thinking skills. The results show that there are some indicators about the ability of high-level thinking that has not been achieved and the average percentage of each indicator is a long range. © 2018 Author(s).
