Plenty of local and international competitions are being held such as ACM ICPC with the increasing need for computer programming skills. Therefore, a suitable application is required to create a transparent, responsive, and accurate judging system for the competition. However, problems arise when there are some modifications made to meet the international standard rules, especially the utilization of the programming language. In this paper, UM Framework based Online Judge (OJ) system is proposed to overcome the related problems. In this proposed method, flexible judging system is designed which can be used for any programming competitions, both locally and internationally such as ACM ICPC, SPOJ, etc. It has been shown that the proposed online judging system has source code compiling speed of 3.6 seconds per code and accuracy up to 99.9%. © 2017 IEEE.
