Organizational change is a phenomenon that must be faced and done by every individual in the organization to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between variables that affect organizational changes in Indonesia Junior High School. This research uses survey research design, which is using samples taken from a population. Based on the achievement of the objectives, this research includes causal explanation research, the focus of this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the sample collected about 650 questionnaires from 130 schools through probability sampling technique using LISREL software. The results showed that the political pressure and principal leadership have a significant direct relationship with organizational change in Indonesia Junior High School. This is evidenced from the results of model testing which shows that the influence of political pressure (PP) influence on organizational change (OC) is significant (PP, β = 0.28, t = 4.77> 1.96), the influence of principal leadership {PL) on organization change (OC) is significant (PL, β = 0.58; t = 2.12> 1.96). While the model matching test offered in this study whose judgment based on Goodness of Fit criteria showed that the tested model concluded fit. © IAEME Publication.
