One of the innovations made by small and medium enterprises to improve productivity and quality of products is excellent packaging. This research aims to design an automatic continuous sealer packaging-machine with air filling. The research employed experimental descriptive method. In this study, a machine design was made as a prototype. Then, the prototype was tested. The results of this study are the design of a simple machine design that can increase productivity and quality of snack products. The machine is able to fill product into packaging continuously with filling pressurized air. This packaging machine is expected to enhance productivity and quality of small and medium enterprises’ products. The products are expected to be able to compete with local and imported products, including ones that are produced by large companies. © 2020 SERSC.
