Many organizations, profit and non-profit, supported by the development of information and communication technology, including the use of the internet, make great use of their websites to communicate with their stakeholders. However, previous studies indicated that some websites have low usability rate. While prior research concentrated on the commercial and municipal government websites, this study adds to the literature by investigating the usability of higher education institutions websites in providing information regarding academic integrity. We employ content analysis framework to analyze 90 higher education institutions (HEIs) websites. Our findings show that low usability of the HEIs websites as only about a quarter of the sample has the policy documents obtained from searching from their websites. © 2019 IEEE.
