Abstract

A novel cascode current mirror for low-voltage application with larger input dynamic range is presented. The proposed mirror circuit combines the advantages of wide input swing, wide output swing and large output resistance capability. It is suitable for low-voltage and low-power application. Simulation results show that the circuit work properly for the input current ranges of 10 μA to 1 mA and bandwidth is 5.02 GHz for 1 mA DC component. © 2019 World Scientific Publishing Company.
