Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the most important soft skill knowledge students must-have in the 21st century in the field of SOSHUM and STEM. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with data collection techniques such as observation, survey and documentation study. The instrument used in the questionnaire was the 21st Century Learning Perception Instrument. The sample size is categorized based on probability sampling - proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the data obtained are the lowest values among the nine components are elements of digital literacy (7.5) and with the highest peak in the elements of leadership and communication (8.2). The results showed that the most important component of 21st CL according to the teachers, was the element of collaborative leadership and communication. © 2019 IEEE.
