Abstract

The purpose of this article is to obtain an idea of the possibility of internalizing spirituality in existential counseling. This article is a structured and systematic meta-analysis of the development of ideas and existential counseling research both philosophically and practically. The study was conducted on 9 articles that are relevant to the strict selection of relevance to the main subject. The results found 3 articles that examine the opinions of Rollo May and Carl Gustav Jung related to spiritual existence, 2 articles related to existentialism based on cultural values and 4 articles discuss the philosophy and practice of existential and spiritual counseling. At the end of the article also found the idea of existential-spiritual counseling ontologically, epistemologically, and axiologically. © 2020 by Advance Scientific Research.
