Education is a crucial sector in national development, but monitoring of education quality in Indonesia remains fragmented and lacks integrated quality standards. This study aims to develop and implement a Service Quality Management System (SQMS) within the e-Rapor platform to improve school performance monitoring in Madrasahs. The method used is a qualitative case study approach in Madrasahs that have adopted e-Rapor. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that integrating SQMS into e-Rapor has a positive impact on school management, teaching performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Transparency, data-driven evaluation, and increased parental involvement strengthen the quality of education provided. This study contributes to the development of a service-quality-based school performance monitoring model integrated with e-Rapor, an innovative step toward improving the effectiveness of management and teaching in Indonesia. Further implementation requires intensive training and support to maximize the system's use. © 2026 IEEE.
