Raden Soerjo Botanical Forest held a hidden potential such as the diversity of epiphyte ferns. The botanical forest was a tropical rain forest region that held the potential of abundant tree vegetation as the host for epiphyte ferns. The exploration was conducted from June until August 2019 with 11 collecting point which located in Cangar and Coba Watu Ondo. The exploration generated the discover of 17 species which belonged to three classes namely Antrophyum plantagineum, Asplenium decrescens, Asplenium erectum, Asplenium tenerum, Asplenium tenuifolium, Asplenium serricula, Belvisia revoluta, Colysis accuminata, Davallia trichomanoides, Huperzia hilliana, Hymenophyllum gardneri, Loxogramme paralella, Microsorium membranaceum, Monogramma dareicarpa, Pyrrosia lanceolata, Pyrrosia porosa var porosa, Vittaria elongata. The morphological characteristic of epiphyte ferns was the erected rhizome and living in the colony. The anatomical characteristic showed homogenous frond mesophyll, irregularly organized epidermis, kidney-shaped stomata, while the rhizome had scalariform type sclereids.
