One of third-generation solar cell that can produce high efficiency with strong absorption power is perovskite. The good efficiency of perovskite depended on the stability structure and homogenous morphology. Recently, perovskite with CH3NH3PbI3inorganic-organic compounds appear as solar cells that perform well even with small active regions. In this study, CH3NH3PbI3perovskite was synthesized by two-step deposition with composition control of DMF/DMSO as lead iodide (PbI2) solvent. Characterization including XRD, SEM, and solar simulators techniques. The XRD revealed that DMSO effectively decreases PbI2peaks. The Perovskite Solar Cell (PSC) performance increased along with increasing concentration of molar DMSO. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
