Ecological behavior is an important action to maintain quality of environment. Recent studies explained that ecological behavior has been associated with the perspective of a rational and moral separately. In this study, rational and moral perspectives are combined. Rational factors are the attitudes, subjective norms, perceived-behavioral control, ecological behavior intention, and moral factor is the personal norms. The purpose of this study was to know whether there is a positive influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived-behavioral control, personal norms, and ecological behaviour intention to ecological behavior. This study is quantitative research with survey on 268 students, age range 18-22 years. Retrieving data with the ecological behavior scale, ecological behavior intention scale, the attitudes towards ecological behavior scale, subjective norms scale, perceived-behavior control scale, and personal norms scale. Data analysis was performed using structural equation model. Results showed that there is a significantly positive influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived- of behavioural control, and personal norms towards ecological behavior through ecological behaviour intention. Factors of rational and moral frameworks simultaneously can explain ecological behavior among college students properly. © 2020 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
