This research aims to develop a Tribakti Youth Red Cross web-based program to optimize the application of health skills education in primary school. The final product is a Smylings system (System for monitoring healthy living skills), which may be used for getting to know lifestyle competencies in primary school, especially to monitor the success of learning goals out of doors the school environment. This study uses a modification of Sugiyono research and development model. This study was conducted in As-Salam Islamic Elementary School, Malang City, East Java, Indonesia, in 2019-2020. The result of the study shows that the validity point reached 94.5%; meanwhile, the practicality of the product reached 93.2%. The limitation of the study will be discussed later. © 2020 IEEE.
