SIPEJAR is a web-based lecture management system developed by Universitas Negeri Malang. This article restores the effectiveness of using SIPEJAR to improve student learning outcomes. The study was designed with a descriptive comparative. Student learning outcomes data obtained from the score of the assignment (X1), middle test (X2), and final test (X3) uploaded on SIAKAD. Student learning outcomes score data taken from 56 classes, 23 courses, with a total of 1, 822 students. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and a t-test (One-Sample Test). The results of the descriptive statistical analysis concluded: the assignment variable (X1) was included in the medium category with an average score of 80.57; middle test variables (X2) are included in the medium category with an average score of 79.18, and the final test variable (X3) is included in the medium category with an average score of 81.59. The results of the t-test analysis (One-Sample Test) were obtained using SIPEJAR effectively to improve student learning outcomes. © 2020 IEEE.
