Abstract

Electricity distribution services determine the effectiveness of community activities. The increasing need for electrical energy must be supported by efforts to improve the quality of its distribution to customers. Technical services must provide a reliable flow of electrical energy. If the electricity is cut off or not distributed, it will disrupt the production process of large customers. Disruptions that occur can cause losses from the PLN (Persero) as the provider of electrical energy and the customer. If these disturbances are not resolved quickly, the loss is borne by PT. PLN (Persero) and consumers of electricity users will increase. PLN needs a system that can determine the priority of repair constraints. In this study, a system can manage the management of repair operations proposed. The system uses a generate test algorithm to calculate the value of the distance between the substation and distribution substations that have constraints. The system will calculate and set priority constraints that must be handled first based on the lowest distance value. From the results obtained, the determination of work operation priorities is based on distance, time, and the level of reliability of work operations capable of increasing the time efficiency of PLN workers. © 2020 IEEE.
