The quantitative research result shows a significant increase of up to 25.62% in the cumulative scores after the implementation of multimedia based material for scouting skills. It is concluded that there is a significant contribution to the use of multimedia-based material in scouting education programs for deaf students in special schools. © 2020 IEEE.
