Entrepreneurship in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is now commonly taught in most Vocational High Schools in Indonesia. However, not all students have high intentions in being entrepreneurs after graduating from their school. Thus, this paper is intended to know how big the contributions of entrepreneurial mindset and soft skills as students' internal factors toward their entrepreneurial intentions, especially for Vocational High School students of computer and informatics program in Malang city as the subjects of the research. A quantitative approach with a correlational survey was chosen as the method of the study, while a questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to collect the data. The results showed that the entrepreneurial mindset contributed 49.1%, the soft skills contributed 18%, and other contributions not studied contributed 32.9 % to the students' entrepreneurial intentions. © 2020 IEEE.
