The application of e-learning in training has proven to be very effective in the management of learning, if so, far traditional training is still paper-based, while online learning can provide efficiency in managing classes, delivering material, discussing outside of class, providing online assessments and storing training file data. Professional training for lecturers is PEKERTI (Basic Instructional Engineering Skills Improvement) and AA (Applied Approach). The online-based scientific collaboration model aims so that participants gain learning experience to solve problems collaboratively through face-to-face and online with more in-depth material. The scientific collaboration model has 5 steps, namely: (1) introduction and needs analysis; (2) introduction of material; (3) constructs of scientific dimensions; (4) joint problem solving; and (5) conclusions. The result of expert validation on learning design is 96.8% and the result of expert validation on the online learning model is 93.6%. These results indicate that the scientific collaboration model is feasible to be applied in blended learning. © 2020 IEEE.
