Abstract

Today's website is a primary need for institutions so that their organization is widely known by the public. The use of websites is also growing in various fields. Principal induction programs are also currently developing which leads to the use of information technology. Website-based induction programs are important to implement. The purpose of this research is to create a website that can be used by principals to participate in induction programs. This research was carried out with a development research design. The research result is a website that can be used by school principals to improve school performance and can also measure the level of instructional leadership. Respondents in this study were 145 school principals. The results of measuring the instructional leadership variable are included in the good category, with a mean score of 49.70. The website of the induction program for school principals has the potential to continue to be developed according to the needs and developments in education management science. © 2020 IEEE.
