Abstract

Technology development required students, particularly in the vocational field, to have creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship. The problem that occurred was the lack of technology development and entrepreneurship management ability in vocational education graduates to improve the economic growth in Singapore and Indonesia. The correct solution to overcome the problem was through teaching factory. This paper discussed entrepreneurship development based on teaching factory and the design and implementation of teaching factory. This study aimed to explain the teaching of factory design in Singapore and Indonesia. Through the design, the institution could use it to improve education and students' entrepreneurship ability. © 2020 IEEE.
