This research is motivated by the lack of student learning outcomes in programmed control system lessons. In this case, the researcher examined the differences between the Brainwriting learning model and the SCAMPER learning model to determine the learning outcomes of the Programmed Control System in class XII TOI SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen. The method that used in this research is quasi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental Design) with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design patterns. The subjects were all students of class XII TOI SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen. The objects are students of class XII TOI 1 as experimental class A and students of class XII TOI 2 as experimental class B. Objects numbered 36 in each class. In this study, data from learning outcomes were obtained through posttest scores processed with SPSS 21 for Windows. The result will present the average score between two classes at cognitive and skills aspects. The difference and change can be seen from the result, before and after class are giving treatment. Therefore, the result of this research can be used as an alternative references for a further research. © 2020 IEEE.
