Abstract

There are three areas of assessment of learning outcomes: attitude, knowledge, and skill. This research discussed the attitude assessment, particularly in the observation aspect. This study aimed to develop an assessment of learning outcomes (Penilaian Hasil Belajar/PHB) instrument using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL programming languages. The development used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and evaluation) model. This study obtained results as follow: (a) the development process of the attitude assessment of learning outcomes (PHB) based on the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) at SMK Negeri 7 Malang was used the ADDIE research model; (b) The learning outcome assessment instrument (PHB) based on Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) in SMK Negeri 7 Malang was feasible to use based on the feasibility test conducted by Media Experts and User Experts; (c) The learning outcome assessment instrument (PHB) based on Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) which was developed at SMK Negeri 7 Malang has a high level of efficiency as concluded from the T-test pretest and posttest results. © 2021 IEEE.
