Abstract

Currently, the emphasis on curriculum development must be carried out as soon as possible within the new normal era. During this period, an emergency curriculum arose to prepare superior humans who were ready to adapt. In this new normal era, the development of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) curriculum in the ASEAN region provides insight into the growth of regional potential. This highlights the necessity of stakeholder synchronization. The implementation of the curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic is a major issue for TVET especially for universities that provide education for prospective TVET teachers. Based on the results of the analysis, study, and supported by facts in the field obtained through observation, the researcher concludes the solution to this complex and serious problem. The research team attempted to build the cyber-edu system responsive TVET curriculum. This solution fits the characteristics of the new normal era where users can access this system via the internet. This system has 3 main features namely 1) e-Curriculum, 2) e-Syntax, and 3) e-Consultation. The details of this system's architecture will be highlighted. © 2021 IEEE.
