In COVID-19 pandemic condition, all information is demanded to be accessed quickly, precisely, and accurately. Information that has high speed, accuracy, and accuracy can be used as a good source of learning. learning resources are all things that can be used to help implement independent learning. Learning resources commonly used in chemistry, one of which is the periodic table of elements which contain information on names, symbols, atomic numbers, relative atomic mass (Ar), electron configurations, and some physical properties of elements. The periodic table of the element has not provided information such as history, benefits, production, its presence in nature, especially in Indonesia, as well as security and safety at work involving these elements. The development of the periodic table of elements which contains information about elements in full, accommodates in Indonesia, is arranged systematically, holistically, and comprehensively which is referred to as a digital encyclopedia. This study uses a Four-D model namely (1) defining, (2) designing, and (3) developing. This encyclopedia has several sections namely application icons, periodic home tables, instructions for use, home elements, content, and bibliography. This encyclopedia has an overall validity value of 92.2%. © 2021 Author(s).
