Reliable digital-based laboratory management is a necessity in the current era of industrial revolution 4.0. Activities in the laboratory will certainly become more effective and well-organized with the existence of a reliable laboratory management information system. Therefore, we have developed a laboratory management information system under the name SIONLAP (Sistem Informasi Online Laboratorium Pendidikan). This system has been implemented in several universities in Indonesia. Given the importance of the user experience aspect and to determine the quality of the SIONLAP application, in this paper, we try to benchmark SIONLAP to measure reliability in terms of user experience. We used the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) framework as a measurement instrument and involved 60 SIONLAP users. This framework benchmark 6 UX aspects called: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The results of the analysis and benchmarking of the SIONLAP user experience revealed that 2 UX aspects have the 'Above Average' predicate, 3 aspects have a 'Good' predicate, and 1 aspect has an 'Excellent' predicate. © 2021 IEEE.
