Abstract

This research aimed to ease teachers' performance in assessing learning outcomes (penilaian hasil belajar/PHB). This research developed a knowledge competency PHB instrument based on the PHP and MySQL website using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The product trial obtained 93, 75% and was declared very valid and suitable for use without revision [1]. The efficiency tests received that the PHB instrument improved students' learning achievement efficiency. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of knowledge competency assessment of learning outcomes (PHB) instruments using the PHP-based website improved students' learning achievement efficiency. © 2021 IEEE.
