Abstract

The current use of the website continues to grow along with the development of information technology. To not be left behind with the development of information technology, the education sector continues to adapt and innovate by utilizing information technology. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of using the principal's induction program website. The instrument used to measure the effectiveness of using the principal's induction program website is a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were 50 principals. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The study results concluded that the effectiveness of the use of the principal's induction program website was in the acceptable category. This means that the website developed is good enough to be used in the principal's induction program. © 2021 IEEE.
