Pedagogic competence is mandatory for every teacher to master. It is necessary to provide training to teachers to improve their competence. The training provided can be based on hybrid learning moderated by TPACK. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of hybrid learning-based training on pedagogic competence through TPACK as a moderating variable. This research utilizes experimental quantitative analysis. The population in this study was all BIMTEK training participants, amounting to 83 kindergarten educators throughout Malang. Measurements in this study used a Likert scale. Several tests used in this research are instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, classical assumption test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The result obtained from this study can be concluded that hybrid learning-based training moderated with good TPACK abilities can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. © 2021 IEEE.
