High school teacher's perception toward online assessment in blended learning

Abstract

Assessment of learning is an important learning component for educators to consider. A good assessment must meet objective, transparent, easy to use, effective, and efficient principles. This study aimed to investigate teachers' perceptions of online assessment modes using online quiz applications. The research method used was to use the survey method after respondents used online assessment examples. The questionnaire data were processed using a simple statistical analysis. The results showed that teachers liked using online assessments and were interested in using them in learning activities. The research has implications for the massive adoption of online assessments in the learning process during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. © 2021 IEEE.
