Abstract

Online learning has become a central element in the discussion in universities. Many institutes and universities are starting to offer online classes as an alternative to face-to-face learning. Hybrid learning (HL) is a pedagogical approach that combines face-to-face meetings (F2F) with technology or computer-assisted learning. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of implementing a hybrid learning strategy on the learning outcomes of students who have high and low achievement motivation. Data analysis used the 2x2 factorial ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) statistical method for learning outcomes. The results of ANOVA on testing the influence of learning strategy factors on learning outcomes resulted in the value of F = 2.703 with sig = 0.104. © 2022 IEEE.
