This research aims to produce a valid, effective, and practical technology-based parental support center model for reducing stunting rates. The research and development (R& D) method is used in this research. The trial was conducted on 1062 participants of the Toddler Family Development program from 40 Toddler Family Development groups in the Klojen District, so a sample of291 Toddler Family Development program participants was obtained in Klojen District, Malang City. The study results indicate that the model of childcare services through mobile applications developed as a whole is in the excellent or decent category. This is based on the assessment results, with 82.36% from the media and 76.54%. From a material expert. This shows that the technology-based parental support center model in supporting stunting reduction programs is well developed or feasible. The application also received an assessment from parents of 81.54%. Using this application can be a milestone in the birth of an information system. This can minimize data processing errors. Report delays so that problems related to problems can be minimized to a minimum, and help mothers of toddlers understand stunting during child development. The development of this stunting information system is beneficial in overcoming problems related to entering and reporting data accurately, precisely, quickly, and correctly. © 2022 IEEE.
