Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out teachers and school culture in optimizing learning at limited face-to-face meetings. To meet these objectives, the barriers and solutions by teachers and school cultural support in optimizing limited face-to-face learning are outlined. This research has an approach in descriptive research. The steps of descriptive research carried out include determining the formulation of the problem, selecting the data needed, determining the data collection procedure, and making research conclusions. Data were collected from various research results and journal articles. The results of the study show that various obstacles and solutions for teachers and school culture support optimizing learning in limited face-to-face meetings. © 2022 IEEE.
