Video design is an important competency that teachers need to integrate technology into learning and teaching. However, the model of design is still limited. This study aims to implement a learning video design model. It involved 43 teachers from 24 primary school institutions. The implementation method was conducted in stages from preprogram, preparation, design, editing, presentation, and evaluating. Data were collected by survey techniques, open-ended questions, and documentation. The results showed that before the training the teacher made an adjustment learning video with the lesson plan. The storyboard design step was highly accepted as the integration of planning into the learning video. The ease, functionality, and attitude of the teacher towards the steps of instructional video design also showed high scores. The implication of this training is that the model can be applied to video training for elementary school teacher. © 2022 IEEE.
