Abstract

Now, there are many online course platforms available on the internet, but there is no online course website, which specifically offers courses or training related to improving the competence of principals, especially in the context of facilitating learning independence in schools. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of training websites for school principals in facilitating freedom to learn in school. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research design, with three assessment criteria, namely display, display material and usefulness. The research respondents were 77 principals and teachers. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the website is in the very good category, meaning that this website can already be used. © 2022 IEEE.
