The fabrication of polyaniline (PANI) as conductive composite are expected in high efficiency super capacitor development. To improve performance Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) has been used as nanofiller and Dedocylbenzene Sulfonic Acid (DBSA) act as doping agent. The physical characteristics nanocomposites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD Results showed increasing intensity, indicating the good crystallinity of PANI/GNPs-DBSA. The FTIR peak 1647 cm−1 indicating the C=C stretching benzoid ring and C=N stretching quinoid ring can be observed at 1509 cm−1. Additional 0.25 wt%, 0.50 wt%, 0.75 wt% and 1.0 wt% of GNPs significant increase electrical properties of PANI by π-π interaction and hydrogen bonding in PANI system. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
