The purpose of this study was to find out to what extent computer science internship program students instilled ethics in using digital technology with e-training from their perspectives, to analyze the average estimate of students in practicing ethical use of digital technology, and to see the goals of students teaching the ethics of using digital technology using e-training. The research method used is a quantitative dominant mixed method with the number of respondents being 150 computer science students participating in the teacher apprenticeship program at Brawijaya University. The data analysis software used in the study was IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of the study included (a) overall degree of computer science internship program for ethical practice of using digital technology with e-training was students' ethical practices towards others and practice students ethical towards themselves; (b) average score of students in computer science internship programs and ethical practices in the use of digital technology with high e-training is (M = 3.93) understanding free software; and (c) the highest goal of computer science internship program students who practice the ethics of using digital technology with e-training for a sustainable future is 30% to have morality and ethics. © 2023 IEEE.
