Currently, the school quality of education in Indonesia is still low. One of the reasons for the low quality of education is the weakness of school management. One of the causes of the poor quality of school management is that administrative staff could not assist the leadership in carrying out or managing the school optimally. This research aims to examine the influence of group-based online communication techniques, namely WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet, on the performance of school administrative staff. This study applies a correlational descriptive research design. Seventy-four samples were taken from Batu, Probolinggo, and Sidoarjo using a cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and Pearson's Product Moment correlation. The research results show a significant influence of group-based online communication techniques on the performance of school administration staff. There is no significant influence on the partial use of WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet on the performance of school administration staff. © 2023 IEEE.
