Aims of this study is to conduct a validation test on a training website for school leaders skills in the success of the freedom to learn policy that has been developed by the research team. This study uses a research and development approach, in the context of developing a website-based principal training platform. The validation test is carried out in two stages, namely the expert test and the user test. Based on validation tests by experts and users of the training website developed in the very good category, this shows the training website is feasible to be used in training activities to improve school principals' skills in facilitating learning independence in schools. The website developed is also useful both practically and theoretically. © 2023 IEEE.
