This research was conducted to examine the effect of temperature changes in the polarization angle of honey and chlorophyll. Honey samples used by brand Madurasa Original while chlorophyll with the brand K-Liquid Chlorophyll. The initial temperature in this study used a room temperature of 27 °C while the final temperature was obtained from the results using a hotplate stirrer of 60 °C for 5 minutes. The results showed that the influence of temperature changes on the polarization angle of honey with the resulting of -25.50°. Meanwhile in chlorophyll, the polarization angle of chlorophyll is -8,23° © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved.
