Abstract

This development research aims to produce hologram-based learning media on the material of the earth layer for class VII SMP/MTs. The model used is ADDIE which includes the analysis (A), design (D), development (D), implementation (I), and evaluation (E) stages. The products result are hologram kits, hologram videos, and supplementary book. The tests that we used consist of the validity test (material-media-language), the feasibility test, and the readability test. The results of the validity test from science education lecturers showed that the material was 'very feasible' (95.83%), the media was 'feasible' (77.38%), and the language was also 'feasible' (69.45%). Furthermore, the results of the feasibility test from the science teachers were 'very feasible' (100%), and the readability test from junior high school students was also 'very feasible' (88.19%). These results conclude that the validity of hologram-based learning media development on the earth layer material is very feasible to use in learning activities at school. © 2023 Author(s).
