Mathematical creative thinking skills can increase a deep conceptual understanding of mathematics. Evaluation of the criteria for creative thinking skills is essential to research. This study aimed to evaluate the criteria for the mathematical creative thinking ability of elementary school students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research sample consisted of three experts. The research instrument was a questionnaire filled out by three experts through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The evaluation criteria used are fluency, flexibility, originality. The evaluation results of students' creative thinking skills showed that the fluency criteria had the highest score. The criteria for flexibility, originality have second and third importance. Evaluation can be used as a reference to improve students' creative thinking skills in solving mathematical problems. © 2023 Author(s).
