The Covid-19 pandemic is continuing and has an impact on changing lifestyles worldwide. Since mid-June 2020, Islamic boarding schools learning has been carried out with the blended method. The fundamental purpose of this study is to ascertain the santris' knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, and prevention behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study used a cross-sectional design, with the population consisting of santris in Islamic boarding schools with varying educational levels and ages. Purposive sampling was used, and 833 respondents were selected. A questionnaire was used to conduct the online survey. Descriptive statistics were utilized to describe data retrieval results. The findings indicated that just a few respondents possess sufficient information regarding the indications, symptoms, and transmission of Covid-19; nevertheless, santris have a moderate level of knowledge regarding Covid-19 protection. The vast majority of santris believe Covid-19 affects their lives. However, Santris generally have less or negative information, attitudes, and impressions about Covid-19. As a result, government support is required for educational institutions to implement policies that increase santris' knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions of Covid-19. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
