Abstract

This paper reports a review and analysis using HIRARC based on a case study of evaluating the workplace hazard and safety in the industries. From the case studies, a HIRARC Analysis was developed by highlighting at least three potential hazards. The score from the analysis was presented in the form of PARETO analysis to rank the priorities to be solved. Each hazard identified in the analysis need to be proposed by a solution according the Hierarchy of Controls. Lastly, a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) is suggested for the employer in sustaining a safety workplace. © 2023 Author(s).
