The ability to think creatively is essential to the functioning of any business, and flexible management of human resources is an innovative technique that may be used to deal with changes in the economy and in technology. This study's objective is to analyze not only the influence that flexible human resources have on the innovativeness of a company but also the role that innovative work behavior and organizational learning capacity play as mediators in this relationship. Participants in the study consisted of 60 leaders and 345 subordinates/workers from small and mediumsized businesses in Indonesia. The participants were selected using a multi-stage selection technique. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using Warp PLS version 7.0 was utilized in the analysis of the collected data. The findings suggest that flexible management of human resources might contribute to an explanation of business innovation. This study provides evidence for the relevance of innovative work behavior and organizational learning capacity in bridging the gap between flexible human resources and company innovation. The association between flexible management of human resources and corporate innovation can be somewhat moderated by innovative work behavior and the organizational learning capacity of a company.
