Abstract

This research aims to develop digital learning media in the form of a Knowledge Management System (KMS)-based flipbook to improve the integrity character of education personnel in higher education, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The rapid development of technology and shifting moral values in the era of globalization have affected the integrity of human resources, including in higher education. The flipbook developed in this study is designed to provide an interactive and independent learning experience, so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Hannafin and Peck model which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, and development and implementation. The results of validation by material and media experts show that the flipbook produced is very feasible to use with a percentage score of 100%. The conclusion of this study is that this KMS-based flipbook learning is effective in improving the integrity of education personnel in higher education, and is ready to be used in the learning process. © 2024 IEEE.
