This study aims to produce the concept of a game-based rapid analysis and discuss model of learning in public sector accounting courses and the impact on learning after using this learning innovation. The background of this research is the saturation and level of understanding of students in public sector accounting courses that are not optimal due to conventional learning models. The research method used is Research and Development. The data were analyzed through the normalized gain score measure to measure the improvement of process skills and cognitive learning outcomes between before and after learning. The results of this study indicate that the combination of games, videos, and discussions in learning media can provide a unique and fun learning experience so that both lecturers and students have the opportunity to absorb knowledge more easily and optimally. It is hoped that this research can provide information and options for using a more modern and effective learning model to increase student critical analysis © 2024 IEEE.
