Abstract

Competitive strategy in e-business is critical in attracting consumers and surviving in the long term to achieve a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to review the existing literature and competitive research strategy in e-business. Following the PRISMA guidelines for performing and reporting systematic reviews, a literature review was done systematically. Based on a systematic search of the Scopus database, a total of 25 peer-reviewed articles were included. The results show several publications on competitive strategy in e-business from the perspective of Porter's generic competitive strategies and competitive strategy dynamics. However, the number of publications related to competitive strategy in e-business has been unstable. The continent of Asia has contributed the most to this field. © 2024 Author(s).
