The integrated services post for persons with disabilities was a program to deliver health services for disabled people in the Malang district of Indonesia. Although this program has significant benefits, not all persons with disabilities can use it. This study aimed to explore challenges in providing integrated services post for persons with disabilities. It was a qualitative study conducted for one and a half months. Face-to-face interviews were undertaken with six study participants who were involved in the program. Participants were recruited with purposive sampling, and a thematic analysis technique was employed. This study found four challenges to providing integrated services for persons with disabilities. The weakness of regulation so implementation of the program was still not thorough. Inadequate financing due to its budget sources only came from village funds. Limited human resources, especially therapists and sign language interpreters. Lack of transportation for persons with disabilities to get to the program sites. Understanding the challenges was necessary for the government as critical stakeholders to improve program acceptability. Strengthening the policy and establishing multi-sectoral partnerships are suggested to tackle all challenges in this program. More study is needed with healthcare facilities and other partners participating in this program to capture comprehensive information. © Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
