This study aims to develop an e-module based on Problem-Based Learning that integrates critical thinking skills and science process skills based on identifying misconceptions about plant tissue and animal tissue using a three-tier diagnostic instrument. This research is development research using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). This research involved students of class XI MIPA 1 and XI MIPA 2 at SMAN 8 Malang. The instruments used are validity and practicality test instruments. The results of the study tested the validity of the material expert, the validity of the teaching materials expert, and the validity of the e-module field practitioner, which resulted in a very valid category and could be used in the learning process. While the results of the practicality test research by means of one-to-one trials, small group trials and field trials, the e-module developed is categorised as very practical, which means that the e-module can be used by students in the learning process at school. © 2024 Author(s).
